In 2001 we took on the challenge of resurrecting the old maternity hospital into an accommodation facility.  At that time we didn't realise the size of this venture and today we are still a 'work in progress'.  However, people who have stayed here generally don't mind the chaos of the renovations and say the homeliness of the place, the great hospitality and the home cooked meals make up for any inconvenience.  So, if you need a clean comfy bed, a good night's sleep in a quiet location and you don't mind sharing facilities with others, then check out our place.  It could be just right for your stay in Mangakino.

'Wow this place is very comfortable and homely on a cold dark and foggy night to come here and to have heaters and our electric blankets already on for us. That's a 5 star in my opinion.
